At the Berghotel Schlemmer, the name “Schlemmer” (German for “gourmet”) says it all.
In the new panoramic dining room and the Tyrolean Zirmstube, guests are spoilt daily by the Schlemmer family and their service and kitchen team with South Tyrolean delicacies, Italian dishes and classics. Special emphasis is placed on regional, fresh products, clear dishes and sufficient portions.
In addition to the breakfast buffet, the feel-good half-board also includes dinner. After an enjoyable and perhaps exhausting day, a lovingly laid table and a 3-course menu with a large, varied salad buffet await you: you are spoilt for choice with several options to create your 3-course menu, including a vegetarian option.
