SKI IN - SKI OUT
The Schlemmer "Skihütte" on the Plose is a restaurant belonging to the hotel and at the same time an Après Ski restaurant with tradition. It was built in the beginnings of winter sports, the name has remained and everyone around knows it as a "Skihütte". It is located directly at the new Gondola Lift PFANNSPITZ, in less than 5 minutes the 35 cabins which can seat 10 persons each, can take the guests to the top of the Mount Pfannspitze - 2,500 m altitude.
After skiing and before skiing: the "Skihütte" is a favourite place, where the skiers meet to rest or to enjoy all sorts of South Tyrolean and Italian delights. There are many delicacies on the menu to choose from for example: Delicious Dumplings, Hearty Spätzle, Crispy Wienerschnitzel, Spaghetti with Garlic, Olive Oil and Chili, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. In the evening, after skiing, you can end the day in convivial round, enjoy the panorama with the sunset or treat yourself to something from the extensive drinks menu.
