Useful information about the Mountain Hotel
Booking / Arrival
- A booking is considered confirmed as soon as the confirmation and the agreed deposit have been received by us ("Caparra").
- The rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 clock (4pm) and must be cleared on the day of departure by 10:00 clock (10am).
- For arrivals after 18:00 clock (6pm), we ask for brief notification in advance.
- For arrivals after 20:00 clock (8pm), we ask our guests to eat dinner on the way. Instead of the missed dinner, you will receive a voucher for a lunch.
Payment
- Deposit by bank transfer
- Final payment on the spot
- We accept and prefer cash (please note the cash limit in Italy is 4.999,99 €), but also Visa, Mastercard and EC cards
Cancellation
Cancellations must always be submitted in writing. In the event of early departure, late arrival, or cancellation at short notice we have the following cancellation conditions:

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Even if you are looking forward to your well deserved vacation something unexpected can happen. To avoid the lost of money we recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover you in the event that you cannot travel for health reasons or other reasons, arrive late or need to leave early.
